We are inviting you to be part of a special “socially-distanced” Summer Soiree virtual event on August 22. While it would be much easier to take this year off because it’s hard to wrap our heads around planning a responsible event at this time, we are choosing to press on because our patients and families need us. And they need you! Our third annual event will look MUCH different, but the reason remains the same—Shepherd’s Cove exists to relieve suffering and bring hope during the uncertainty that comes with a terminal illness.
The importance of end-of-life care doesn’t stop because of this pandemic. If anything, our message is more important now than ever as we are all confronted with our own mortality everywhere we turn. Shepherd’s Cove walks with patients and grieving families through difficult realities to bring hope and help in a time of need. Today, you can give hope when our world needs it most.
We are working hard to provide options to meet you where you are and maintain a safe, responsible event that allows you to connect with the change you wish to see in the world and stay safe in the process. Won’t you join us?
With your participation, you extend a hand of hope. Because of you, others can find peace in the midst of a life-limiting illness and support during the difficult journey of grief.
On behalf of the hundreds of patients and families we serve, thank you for your thoughtful consideration!
